Skarivka is the capital and largest city of Rettoa, with 882,000 inhabitants. It is the administrative, economic, cultural, and military hub of the country, located on the shore of the Roca Inlet in the Vasilin Sea. Skarivka is a hub of North Kandsonian trade, banking, industry and shipping. It is an important center for maritime industries and maritime trade in northern Euronia.
