King Erich I (Born Erich Karlson Herbert Leftenson) is the King of North Bardonia and Lord Defender of the Faith of North Bardonia.

Erich was born in Carthiada General Women’s Hospital in 1998 to Heir-Presumptive to the Throne of North Bardonia Edmund and his wife Elina Leftenson. Erich was a part of the Royal House of Leftenson which itself was a pretender to the throne with the Monarchy of North Bardonia having been abolished in 1933. He would study first at Chiyoda International School in Tayichi from 2008 to 2016 where at 16 he completed his CORE exams the the North Bardonian government required, he passed and would study History & Economics at the University of Carthiada from 2016 to 2018 where upon he would take the responsibility of the ruling North Bardonia after the monarchist coup organized by loyalists and his Grandfather who would act as regent and advisor to Erich.

Early Life & Family

Born on February 28th Erich was born just before the turn of the century and the millennia, his parents Elina and Edmund Leftenson were the descendants of King Edvark I and Prince Erich Leftenson (his namesake). His birth was uneventful alongside the first three years of his life with the exception of a move from Carthiada to Cordo Fa in Lughansk when he was two. When he was three his mother died after being involved in a car accident leading to his family move to Tayichi (where there was a sizable North Bardonia population loyal to the crown). When he was four, he would go to a preschool operated by the Old Faith in Shuto.

Much of his close family, including his cousins, Katryn & Clarrisa studied together and lived close to each other in Shuto. As a family they were close and volunteered at the local Old Faith Temple in Shuto as well as the Ariana Leftenson Association.

Education

Much of Erichs education would come in the place of a spot at the Chiyoda International School, a prestigious international school in Shuto were Erich would study at its Junior & Senior School from 2008 to 2016
