Supreme Court of the Republic
The Supreme Court of the Union has only five sitting justices, all of which are nominated by the Chief Premier and confirmed by the Executive Council. They are the final court of appeals for the Demitorian Legal System, and court of first instance in case where there is a dire national emergency.
