Charlotte (Charlotte Theodora Adelaide Mary Amalia; 30 December 1911 - 4 June 2002) was Empress of Emeraude from 8 October 1942 until her death in 2002. Her reign of 59 years and 245 days is the longest of any Emeraudian monarch. Charlotte was married to Stephen de Rohan (1909-1981), who was the Duke of Valmont. They had two children: Edward and Genevieve.
