History
Karja empire (1186-1522)
Colonial era (1522–1919)
Jacobean period (1919–1942)
When the SNSP took over Saulliers with their coup, the remaining parts of the government and the royal family fled the nation. They went into exile in Emeraude and made it into their base against the new Saulliers regime. In exile, James I, king of Saulliers, was in addition also crowned as emperor of Emeraude on the 5th October 1922.
The jacobean period ended with the death of James II and the subsequent coronation of his daughter Charlotte.
