History

Prehistory and The Chiefdoms

For most of Toubazean history the region was divided between different chiefdoms and small tribes. They were often in conflict but only livestock and harvest crops was taken from the losing party, thus everything remained in a status quo for hundreds of years.

Unification and The Monarchy (1382-1871)

During the late part of the 14th century the still divided states of Toubaze was united under the reign of Enhala the Bold, king of the Taubon Chiefdom. He used brilliant military tactics, most of which were still foreign to the native Toubazeans. After the decisive Battle of the Bog in 1481 against the Relsessit Confederation, formed to oppose the Taubon dominance in the region, the entirety of the native Toubaze region was united under a single banner and in the following year of 1482, Enhala the Bold became the first king of The Kingdom of Toubaze.
