The Republic of Toubaze is located in Anteria on the sourthern end of the continent of Thrismari.
History

Geography
Located in Southern Thrismari, Toubaze consists of two parts, north and south, as well as nine large islands in the Taubon Strait. All of these are inhabited, with the largest being Ekriss and Astuk. The two parts of the mainland are connected by the 36,4 km long Owir Bridge. Ferries and small aircraft connect the islands and country across the strait. The six cities with populations over 250,000 are the capital Taubon and Todon in the North; Relsessit, Nutho, Rekal and Sesthove in the South.
Climate
Toubaze has a temperate climate, with hot summers and cold winters. Snow is more frequent in the north near the mountain range that borders Sarussia while the south gets warmer summers.
Politics and Government
Politics in Toubaze work in accordance with the Constitution, from 1945, it establishes a unitary republic with a representative parliamentary system. The executive power in the country lies with the Prime Minister, who is Head of Government, the President, who is Head of State, only has power during a state of emergency. The legislative power is held by the National Assembly and its 225 members from eight political parties. The current Prime Minister of Toubaze is Resna Tenili, with the President being Kelco Noim.

The Parliament and Legislature for Toubaze is the National Assembly based in the capital Taubon. The National Assembly is presided over by the Speaker of the National Assembly, currently Agra Jol. Elections to the National Assembly work by proportional representation and the percentage for how many votes a party gets, is matched as closely as possible using the D'Hondt method. The electoral threshold of the National Assembly is 3%.
The voter turnout for the 2021 election was 84,3% of all eligible voters.
Administrative divisions
Toubaze is divided into 16 regions, which are further divided into 53 municipalities. The governing body of a region is the Regional Assembly, which is elected for a four-year term. For the regional and municipal elections, the voting age is 16, 2 years younger than for the general elections. This was adopted in 2007.

The Toubaze Military is consists of 3 branches. The Toubaz Home Army (THA), the Toubaz National Navy (TNN) and the Toubaz Air Corps (TAO).

Toubaze is a member of the Thrismari Union and the South Anterian Defense Alliance.

Demographics
Toubaze is majorily comprised of the Toubaz people, with other ethnic groups not too uncommon. The largest ethnic group, the Breks, is the largest at 7.7% mainly in the region of Bogh.
