BCNS Bliss is an 8,140 ton Akula-II class nuclear-powered attack submarine of the Blackhelm Confederate Navy. Following on a long tradition of arms deals between the Soviet Union and the Empire of Exponent, Bliss was laid down on October 14, 1992, amidst the turmoil of the dissolution of the USSR. Despite this, Bliss was launched on September 8, 1996, and was commissioned into the Confederate Navy on January 17, 1997.
