Naval Base Hanaki is a strategic ISBC naval base located at Hanaki Harbor. It is part of Joint Region Mare Ferum, which is a Navy-controlled installation which was combined with the bases at Marci Evangeliste and Sancte Crucis and Naval Station Cape, in 2012.
Naval Base Hanaki is home of Commander Submarine Squadron 5, Coast Guard Sector Hanaki and Naval Special Warfare Unit One and supports 28 other tenant commands. It is the home base to dozens of Northern Command, Mare Ferum Fleet, Marine, and Naval Engineer units.

BCNS Florianus White is stationed in Hanaki to tend the submarines of the Mare Ferum fleet.

Fifth Maritime Patrol Flotilla
As per the Pan-Ferum Maritime Assistance Accord signed by both Aquitayne and the Blackhelm Confederacy, Aquitaynian warships are permitted permanent station at Naval Base Hanaki. This agreement was briefly suspended during the 2013 Invasion of Pangus when Aquitayne and the Eastern Astyrian Treaty Alliance were at odds with one another regarding the merit of the invasion. After the crisis had subsided and EATA forces jointed the Multi-national Force - Insula Fera, the agreement was reinstated. Currently, the Aquitaynian Third Fleet's Fifth Maritime Patrol Flotilla has permanent station at Naval Base Hanaki, with intermittent moorings of supply vessels. The Fifth Maritime Patrol Flotilla consists of:
