Matías Forst is an Aisling singer, songwriter and musician, and well best known as the lead singer and guitarist of the band of the same name. Forst is one of the most successful solo artists from Temuair, earning over 87 million in 2014. During his career, he has released 2 solo albums and 9 others with his band. In addition, he has stared or been cast in several movies and appeared in a variety of television shows.

Music shit
During the summer and fall of 2012, the band took another break to allow Matías to participate in the shooting of the hit movie Top Aces, an aviation thriller. During a 2014 interview with StarLine, Matías stated that acting in the film was the "greatest thing I had ever done. It allowed me to combine two of my three passions, acting and flying. I even managed to work a little guitar in there too" he said, referring to an infamous scene in which he attempts to woo love interest Rosalina Toran by playing an enticing acoustic guitar solo.
Military career
In 1994, after completing a four year degree in electronic engineering and the Officers Training Program at <school>, Matías shocked the fellow members of his band when he put a halt to production of their newest album so that he could accepted a commission to the rank of |Poručík in the Imperial Air Force of Temuair. In a 2004 interview with Cartelera, he stated his decision to apply for a commission and join the armed forces was spurred by the "desire to give something more back to a nation, government and people who had given [me] so much. I did my required stint, but I don't think it was enough." He went on to say that, after their initial shock, the band was accepting of his desires, and the break in production they entailed. "I told them we weren't done rocking the world...and...well...we're not!"
He attended basic training at Azpa Air Base He was selected for pilots training and attended basic and advanced aviation training courses at Pacek Air Base. Upon completion of his pilots qualification course, he received orders to join <> based at Veira Air Base. Forst retired from active duty in 2010 at the rank of Comandante. He is a graduate of the Aisling Air Force's Tactical Operations and Planning Air Combat Enhancement School.
In 1997, while assisting with maintenance on his aircraft, a fire started in the aircraft's engine and threatened to ignite nearby ordinance. One of the maintenance technicians was badly burned and fall unconscious from smoke inhalation. Forst dragged him to safety, saving his life. He was awarded the Imperial Air Force's Valor Medal for his efforts.
