High Queen Sierra (Sierra Alexandra Elisabeth Danielle Ruby; born 30 July, 1817 ) was the second constitutional monarch of Atmora and the Dominions and colonies that fall under its sphere of influence. After her mother's abdication in 25 October, 1846, Sierra ascended to the throne as the next Head of the Atmoran Empire as High Queen Alexandra's eldest daughter. In 1877 Sierra abdicated and gave the throne to High King Richard and toke the title of Princess once again like her did, since then every monarch after Sierra and Alexandra reverted back to the title of Prince or Princess after reigning for three decades.
Sierra was born in the South Alexisburg's Provincial Capital of Queensborough and was tutored by teachers personally picked by her mother. Her mother by royal decree stated after Prince George's birth that Sierra would remain the Heiress of the Empire and that all children born into the royal family would take the title of Prince/Princess and styled as Royal Highness without discrimination of their parent's gender.
Sierra was the second monarch and female monarch to reign over the Atmoran Empire, during her reign she oversaw the Atmoran Empire rapidly expanded and rapid it's industrialisation. Along with the dissolving of the East Empire Trading Company that overseen the Atmoran Asians territories.
