Karsae is the most populous city in Huvakia. Situated near the southernmost portion of the country and with ready access Huvakia's Largest river the area of Karsae has flourished as a major hub for trade. The areas that define the city of Karsae today reflect the borders of the original Karsian Principality, one of the last city states to be unified under the Imperial flag. Karsae rather than face the onslaught of war decided to join the Empire willingly in a deal known as the Audae Accords. In doing so the Karsian people were able to negotiate special exemptions from some imperial regulations such as conscription.
