Eric IV (7 June 1498 – 28 August 1564) , more commonly known as Eric the Great (Geatish: Erik den store) or Erik Longbeard, was the King of Geatland from 1545 to 1564. Before his accession to that role, he was prince of Blåstad from 1534 to 1545.
