The Yuznaya-class cruiser is a class of nuclear-powered warships, designed and operated by the Stasnovan Revolutionary Navy. It was designed in the early 90s to replace the aging Slava-Class and Kara-Class Cruisers of the Revolutionary Navy in the role of anti-surface operations against large enemy surface combatants. The Yuznaya-Class also has a significant land attack and ASW capabilities, with the P-840 Rekviyem missiles at its disposal. It was decided to develop a large-sized guided missile cruiser, powered by a nuclear reactor to fullfil that role. The nuclear reactor allows the ship to have a practically infinite range.
