Edbert Ashleigh was a member of the Ashleigh family and the half-brother of Sultan Ed Ashleigh of Sharifistan who was ran over by intoxicated driver Ahmed Yilmaz while joining the Intelligence Directorate of Sharifistan at the age of 18.

Son of Christenbread Ashleigh and an unknown women, Edbert Ashleigh did not graduate the University of Munkchester or even complete secondary education. Christenbread Ashleigh is Protestant so it's possible that Edbert Ashleigh was also Protestant.
Application to the Intelligence Directorate and death
Edbert Ashleigh travelled to Pashtunistan City to join the Intelligence Directorate, the car he was in was hit by a driver who had cannabis in his bloodstream and he died.
