The National Assembly of the Kingdom of Prawasia (Prawasian: Majelis Nasional) is the legislative branch in Prawasia's political system. It is composed of the members of the People's Representative Council (DPR) and the State Representative Council (DPN).

Duties and Power

Constitutional Duties

As provided by the 1988 Constitution, the Majelis Nasional is responsible for the amendment or deletion of certain articles and/or provisions of the Constitution. A two-thirds majority vote in a general session of the Assembly can approve any proposed changes to the constitution including scrapping or adding additional articles, sections and provisions, as well as in the introduction of certain amendments.
