Emelia Julia Mayer (born 21 May 1953) is a Valentiri politician who is serving as the 35th Premier of Westcliff and Leader of the Westcliff National Liberal Party. A Member of the Legislative Assembly for Scarborough—Agincourt, Mayer is the first female premier of Westcliff and the first openly LGBT premier in Valentir. She was elected by her party following the resignation of William Ashton, the 34th Premier of Westcliff, in 2016.
