The Zamastan-Besmenia Treaty was a treaty between Zamastan and East Besmenia. The treaty was signed by Zamastanian President Elias Blanco and East Besmenian Prime Minister of Besmenia Heinz Dimmler in Tofino.
With the treaty, both states declared the establishment of diplomatic relations, the safeguarding of foreign, security and cultural policy, and the Zamastanian recognition of East Besmenia as the "legit" Besmenian state.
