Legislative elections were held in Fravina on 1-2 December 1990, alongside examination elections, to elect the members of the 9th People's Council. At stake were all 495 seats in the Wing of Legislation. It resulted in the Worker's Coalition, composed of the Socialist Party and Social Labour Party, receiving a landslide majority of 177 seats.
