Jessica Wendy Dunham (born January 1, 1993) is an American television chef and author. She is known for her French-Vietnamese inspired recipes and cocktails. She was formerly a waitress at Nomade, a French restaurant on the Ember of the Sea cruise ship. She formed the company Nomade Yasuda Brands and took over the operation of Pierce Cruise Lines restaurants and to manage new restaurants on land in Miami, Florida, including Nomade Miami.
She is married to Nomade colleague Carter Ashe.
