Jessica Wendy Dunham Ashe (born January 1, 1993) is an American television chef and businesswoman. She is known for her French-Vietnamese inspired recipes and cocktails. She was formerly a waitress at Nomade, a French restaurant on the Ember of the Sea cruise ship. She formed the company Nomade Yasuda Brands and took over the operation of Ember Cruises restaurants and to manage new restaurants on land in Miami, Florida, including Nomade Miami.
