The Council of the Free City of Elstock (Elsian: Rada Wòlnégò Gardu Elstók; Tyrnican: Rat der Freien Stadt Elstock), more commonly referred to as simply the Council (Rada, Rat), is the collective executive branch of the government of Elstock, and cabinet of the city-state. Consisting of six Councilors (Radni; Stadtrat or Stadträtin) elected by the Senate at the start of a new three-year term, the role of the Council is to provide consensus government and stability within the city-state's daily governance.
