The Kami no Kotoba (Magia:髪 の 言葉, Lit. Word of Heavens), often shortened to just the Kotoba is the national government of Magia Regnum, a Theocratic Magical Girl Timocracy in Dacia, Sparkalia. The Kotoba is composed of three distinct branches: legislative, executive, and judicial, whose powers are vested in the Tate-Shōsū (Magian:縦小数 lit. Denominated Few), the Gaidansu (Magia:指導; lit. Guidance) and the Seigi Kaikan (Magian:正義 会館; lit. Justice Hall) respectively.
