Arnulf Berchthold Helmar Lütolf Willibrord, 9th Duke of Doth, Marquis of Armsterbucht-Stöttin, Count Rötingenthal of Weillau (18 April 1979), is an Angvarian nobleman, writer and politician who serves as Grand Chancellor since 2015 and Lord-President of the Imperial Cabinet of Angvar since 2018. Previously serving as an Angvarian ambassdor to Ostenia, he served as private legal counsel to the Lord-Mayor of Mordegard from 2004 to 2008, then as Minister of State for Internal Affairs and Local Government from 2009 to 2012, and as Second Deputy to the Magister-in-Chief from 2012 to 2015, serving three monarchs. Born to the exceptionally-most prominent noble family of Doth from Weißeheldenburg that produced four Grand Chancellors and six Cardinals of the Angvarian Catheric Church, he
