Horiko Tomiyo, otherwise known as the Magical Girl Galaxy Gem is the current Prime Shoujo and head of the government of Magia Regnum.
Early Life
Born into a wealthy family, Horiko had a difficult childhood, facing constant bullying and an unstable home life. These experiences left her with deep emotional scars and made her extremely mistrustful of other people. As a result, she has become a brash and quiet person who struggles to interact with others.
