Members of the Youth Partisans are given a manual called the Three Ideals, it includes the writings of Hoàng Viện Trai and central points of Tự Ý Chí, instruction for political organization for the party, and instructions for military participation and preparation in case of war.

It's introduction says "Tự Ý Chí is a vision that lead to revolution for the people of Nainan, revolution was necessary to overthrow the Euclean puppet monarch, and was essential to defeat to Euclean socialist state. For our young pioneers, in order to remain the status as a sovereign people, they must learn to believe in maintaining a happy and united people. Seek to benefit all of the country, seek to defend all of the country. Seek to ignore another's and one's own class, religious, or physical differences, these cause subversive divisions that our enemies feed off of. Join another in serving your country, partisans.".
