Celani Mnungwa (born 6 July 1965) is a Iobarayan diplomat and politician who has served as the Foreign Minister of Iobaray since 2017. He has also previously served as the Ambassador to the Coalition of Crown Albatross (2001-07), Ambassador to Cadair (2007-14) and Ambassador to Yuan (2014-18). Mnungwa has also been an instrumental figure in shaping the foreign policy of Iobaray, which has become a nation known for its commitment to global peace and cooperation.

Early life and education

Celani Mnungwa was born in Iobaray in 1965, into a family with a long history of public service. Her early years were marked by a deep interest in world affairs and a natural aptitude for languages. She pursued her undergraduate studies in International Relations at the prestigious University of Iobaray, where she honed her diplomatic skills and became fluent in several foreign languages, an asset that would prove invaluable throughout her career.

Diplomatic career
