Arnold Morgenthau (born: 17 January 1974), is a Besmenian-Palingian politician who has been the 1st governor of Palingia since Palingia joined the Besmenian Federal Republic in 2022. Previously, he served as the 5th and last Palingian president from 2018 to 2022.
