Christian Most de Sousa (born 4 October 1926) is a Trenadian diplomat, writer and politician who served as the country's Delegate of Foreign Affairs during the Castro (1973–1980) and Friedemann (1988–1992). He also took office as the nation's embassador in the United States and France.
