Ellvic Hinstone (born 2927 AHT) is a human politician and author from the planet Kicceon who was the Premier of the Galactic Union from 2970-90 AHT. He was the first human to become Premier of the Galactic Union, occurring 2170 years after the Human Expansion's merger with the Union.
