The Residential Identity Card (Huajiangite: 住宅身份证; Alphabetized Huajiangite}}: Zhùzhái shēnfèn zhèng) is an official identity card that is issued to citizens and residents of Huajiang at the age of 16 and is used primarily only for identification purposes. The Residential Identity Card is not a required document to have legally but is one of the documents required to be used as a means of identification. The document uses a photo identification, their personal Qi name, their date of birth and a unique identification number. The Residential Identity Card is also employed to prevent voter fraud.
The Residential Identity Card is issued and under the full jurisdiction of the Executive Commission of the Homeland.
