Background
1 Dévnostraéva Tower is primarily regarded as the 'capitol' building in Los Angeles, despite the fact that the building does not house the capitol, the building does however contain the residence of the President of the Californian Empire. Completed in 2272, 1 Dévnostraéva Tower was built to replace Executive Tower One, when it and the Californian Government Plaza were destroyed during attacks by the Socialist Party in 2264.
1 Dévnostraéva Tower is part of the Alexa S. Vassaretti Plaza of buildings in the northwest corner of the Los Angeles, N.C.D., just minutes from downtown Los Angeles.
