Freestian Vampire Nation

The Freestian Vampire Nation is the polity created by the twelve extant clans of Freestian vampires remaining in the Freethinker Commonwealth. It is classed by the Freethinker Constitution as a non-territorial nation, having authority over vampiric Freestian nationals within the borders of the wider Commonwealth.

It is a dispersed, non-exclusive, sovereign entity that voluntarily (under the terms of the Navarre Blood Pact and subsequent agreements) submits to the will of the Freestian Monarch and surrenders its competancy in foreign relations and a number of other matters to the Freethinker government. However, it retains seperate legal, educational, health and security institutions.
