Sofya Elaen Rudulf is the current Premier of the Allamunnic States, with her term beginning in January of 2015. Rudulf is the 11th Head of State of the Allamunnic Federation, but is the first to be elected directly by the Allamunnic people.
Rudulf previously served as the Governor of the Ottonian state of Skraelingia from 2005 to 2013. Her professional background is as a union organizer.
Biography
Early Life & Education
Sofya Elaen Rudulf was born on October 29th, 1968 at Ryanna Wyllur Memorial Hospital in Spaal, Staalmark, to Junn and Erika Rudulf, the second child of the working-middle class couple. Junn worked as a dockworker at the time of Sofya's birth, while Erika worked as a nurse. Sofya was the Rudulfs' second child, having an elder brother, Maark (b. 1965), and a younger brother, Kyl (b. 1970).
When Sofya was five years old, the family relocated to Skarrsboro, Upper Skraelingia, as Junn took a job as a chapter leader for the Skraelingian Porter's Union. Sofya was educated in the Skarrsboro Municipal School System. She excelled academically during her secondary schooling, and she was able to gain entrance to the University of Trynt, where she pursued a double major study in sociology, administration, combined with a pre-law curriculum. During this time, Sofya met and began dating her eventual spouse, Jenna.
Following the completion of her undergraduate degree, Rudulf returned to the University of Trynt to complete a master-level degree in public administration, completing her studies in 1992.

Personal Life
Rudulf is openly gay, and married. During her time at the University of Trynt, Sofya met Jenna Haller, a fellow student, studying a pre-law curriculum, and the two embarked on a romantic relationship beginning in 1986. The two married in 1991, and they decided to start a family in 1993. During that year, Sofya, still working as a union organizer in Skraelingia, became pregnant via artificial insemination. She carried the child to term, and, in 1994, she and Jenna had their first child together, Erik. Two years later, they would repeat the process, this time with Jenna carrying and bearing the child in 1997, who they named Emma.
Rudulf, as well as the rest of her family, are practicing Tyrrians.
