Aung San Thuriya Senior General Zaw Sein Arkar (ဇဝ​ သေးဣန အရကရံ; 16 April 1895 – 19 August 1983) was a Bethausian politician and military officer who is known to be the commander of the Free Bethausian Army of the East during the Second Europan War. After the conflict, he was made President of the Bethausian Anti-Imperialist Freedom League, Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw, Minister of Defence and Minister of Education.
