Máirín Uí Ruairc (sometimes anglicised O'Rourke; born 28 April 1961) is a Maltropian noble and politician who has served as the Crown Minister for Foreign Affairs since 2008. She is the twenty-sixth Baron Ó Ruairc, lord of Inis Meala's barony of Uí Ruairc, on western Inis Asa, and a member of the Baronial Council of Inis Meala. As a minister, she has guided Maltropian foreign affairs in favour of liberal trade policies with other countries and has been a vocal critic of human rights abuses and restrictions of political freedoms.
