The Ikarus KT2 Lancer is a Ruvelkan amphibious light tank that was introduced into the Imperial Armed Forces of Ruvelka in 1951 and served as the Imperial Army’s main reconnaissance tank until the mid-1980s. In the 1970s, the 76mm rifled tank gun that was the main armament of the KT2 was deemed insufficient at engaging and penetrating its contemporary opponents. As a result, the KT2 was retired by the Army from frontline service in 1985 with the introduction of the KT3 Konnik. However, a large majority of the Lancer arsenal continues to serve with the Territorial Defense Force; many were pressed into service in both the Imerti Conflict and the Zemplen War.
