Emin Bisliev is an Artaskan politician who serves as the 3rd President of Artaska, having been elected in the first round of the 2017 presidential election with 53.90% of the vote. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party, having formerly been a member of the Democratic Party. Bisliev served as the Minister of Defence under President Yandardi Utsiyev (2012-17). Bisliev endorses Artaskan involvement in the Sotoan Basin Union and observer status for the Alliance of Nortuan States, signed Artaska onto the Coalition Trade Organization and TIDI, and more civil liberties for Artaska's LGBTQ.
