General Henry Willoughby ODS is a Delamarian Army officer currently serving as Chief of the Defence Staff of the Delamarian Armed Forces since his appointment in March of 2020. He also served as Chief of the Army Staff from 2016 to 2020 and Commander of Delamarian Forces overseas.
Early Life and Education
Willoughby was born on December 10th, 1960 to Brigadier-General Malcolm Willoughby and Janet Parks at Bodmonton-Highclere Army Base in Bodmonton, Radnor.
