Luoteizhou, officially Luoteizhouan National Federation is a country that located in Ausiana, south of Yuan, the population of Luoteizhou is 9.589.110, the nation's capital and largest city is located on Lanzhôu City whilst the primary industrial city is on Shenlong City, Luoteizhou was founded in 1708 after the coalition of merchants and peasants overthrew the unpopular Kangding, Chongqing and Zongchang Dynasty that already in decline and formed the "Most Serene Republic of Luoteizhou" afterwards
