The Kalisight Treaty Organization (KTO) is an intergovernmental organization and military alliance formed as a result of a Non-Aggression Pact between Galapagos and Janpia. The name was created as an amalgamation of the capitals of Janpia and Galapagos, Kalingrad and New Oversight, respectively.
