Khizny is a city in the Slavic Union one of the oldest cities in the country it was founded in the 5th century with the name Targu Kizir it was originally an Estocan city state before being conquered in 783 by the Slavic Union. The city gradually went through a process of Slavification but today still retains a large Estocan minority, with 35% of the cities residents being ethnically Estocan.
