Ippikioukami, officially called the United Races of Ippikioukami (URI), is a nation on the southeastern coast of Pelia. It is home to ~32,000,000 people spanning across numerous human and non-human races and attempts to utilize each individual race to its fullest potential. Ippikioukami is a Multiparty Monitory Republic with open borders, meaning an average citizen’s influence in political affairs is tremendous, but also makes the country extremely vulnerable to espionage. Additionally, the lax regulations surrounding border control opens up the possibility for foreign terrorists to use the country as a base of operations — something which the United Races of Ippikioukami Land Echelon (URILE) typically investigates in coordination with foreign governments.
