The Daoan Congressional Republic Navy (DCRN) (Daoan: Hải quân Cộng hòa Quốc hội Đảo Bắc), commonly referred to as the Daoan Navy or DSDF Navy, is the naval service branch of the Daobac Self-Defense Forces (DSDF) tasked to defend the island nation against naval threats, protect its trade routes and primary sea lines of communications. Its duties during peace time include ensuring that maritime security laws are enforced throughout Daobac's territorial waters and claimed exclusive economic zone, in this sense the DCRN has a dual role of being both a naval warfare branch of the DSDF, as well as acting as a coast guard for Daobac. Since its establishment in in 1845, the DCRN has underwent various transformations and modernization efforts.

The DCRN's has two primary responsiblities: to preserve Daobac's sovereignty within its territorial waters and exclusive economic zone, and enforce maritime laws throughout its domain. To these ends, and due to its relatively small size, the DCRN has been primarily focused in procuring multipurpose vessels, as well as those that require less crew to operate. Aside from peacekeeping and multinational military exercises, the DCRN has no ambitions to project power beyond the Ozerosi, Karaihe and Kayatman oceans. It has largely maintained a defensive posture, its surface fleet comprised of two landing platform docks alongside destroyers, frigates, corvettes and patrol vessels. Amphibious elements that are maintained are strictly for landing troops on Daoan soil, or for humanitarian & peacekeeping missions abroad. Its aviation assets maintained for maritime patrol purposes as well as stand off weapon platforms for anti-ship combat. In the modern era the DCRN has participated in numerous peacekeeping and humanitarian missions throughout the world, utilizing its Dammay-class Landing Platform Docks to distribute aid and deploy peacekeepers.
