The H-21 Ellyll (English: elf) medium-lift helicopter in military and civil use manufactured by the Ossorian aerospace defense company Tionscail Ríoga Aeraspáis (TRA). First flown in 1987, it was developed in response to national requirements for a modern naval utility helicopter. The Ellyll entered into service with the Royal Ossorian Navy in 1999 and has since replaced several older helicopter types in use across the Ossorian Armed Forces, performing roles such as medium-sized transport, anti-submarine warfare, search and rescue, and utility operations.
