Khyar Aziouel is a military officer and political leader serving as the first Amizar of the Republic of Charnea. He is a key figure in the Nationalist movement within the Charnean Army and was a leader of the Muttay revolution in his capacity as the de facto head of the Murab Kubalt veterans movement. In his capacity as one the chiefs of the Provisional Military Government, Khyar was mainly responsible for stabilizing the interim government in the wake of the June uprising while his allies in the PMG focused on the political process of drafting a new constitution. He is credited with successfully cracking down on police corruption in Agnannet during this period, as well as curtailing the crime wave and public insecurity crisis which followed on the heels of the June uprising, earning him a reputation as a stalwart anti-corruption crusader within the new government. Khyar became the first elected head of state in Charnean history on October 1st, 2023.
