Marco Jean-Fabian Montébello-LeClerc is a pilot in the Inyurstan Air Force, formerly known as "Le Ninyo" (ENG: "the child") due to his young age. It is also suspected that he may be fighter pilot behind "Le Bromisto" (The Joker); however, the aircraft in question was active in the Lolloh-Ruol Wars, while Montébello was not serving until later. He is in active service with the 36th Tactical Fighter Wing, where he pilots the AC-88E Taipan Block II.

During the DEN Invasion of Colombia he is credited with three kills of unknown enemy fighters over the Pacific Ocean. While fighting in the Liberation of Northern Australia he is credited with one kill against an AP-9 Ultra air-superiority fighter and three more against AP-4 Punong Agila light multirole fighters; bringing him to a total of seven air-to-air kills and making him the first pilot to become a jet ace since the Lolloh-Ruol Wars.
