The Aurean Tunnel (Montecaran: Trafóro Aureà; Luzelese: Túnel Áureo) is a twin-bore rail undersea tunnel traversing the Western Aurean Strait between Montecara and Paretia. Planned and built between 1960 and 1967, it was at the time of its completion one of the most expensive engineering projects in world history.

The tunnel runs under the island of Madona, which is home to much of its ventilation, maintenance, and firefighting infrastructure.
