The Aquitaynian Hockey League Championship, or AHLC, sometimes known simply as the Championship, is the second-highest division of the Aquitaynian ice-hockey league system, after the AHL, and is contested by 20 teams.
Each season, the top four teams from the Northern and Southern conferences are entered into the AHLC playoffs, where teams play in a round robin format to the AHLC Championship Series where the winner is promoted to the AHL.
