The Hammer Caucus is one of the leading elected caucuses (political parties) in the Matriarchy of These United Valleys. The caucus' platform heavily promotes and lobbies for increased "Industrial Democracy," the Valleysian-born concept of socialism. The group caucuses with the leading Red Triangle Caucus in both the Central Committee and the Industrial Congress, after splitting from the original Red Triangle Party by constitutional decree on 2027 April 1.

The caucus is considered far-left or sometimes "ultra-left," with membership choosing the color carmine to represent the crushing of bugs. It is limited to 100,000 members as per the 2027 Constitution. The party's closest domestic allies are the Red Triangle Caucus and Eagle Caucus, which all split from the original Red Triangle Party as mandated by the aforementioned new Constitution.
